Student Accommodation

Whether you are a full-time student looking for a place to stay for the whole of your programme of study, or if you will be joining us on a part-time basis and simply looking for a hotel for a day or two on the days you are attending we will be able to help you in find suitable accommodation in Leeds, London or Manchester.

We can offer you information with regard to short and longer term places to stay in private halls of residence, flat share or hotels. We can also offer you advice about matters relating to accommodation.

Accommodation Office

The Accommodation Office will be able to provide you with information on the following areas:

• the best areas in which to look for accommodation
• temporary/short term accommodation for students and relatives
• long Term accommodation including private halls of residence
• accommodation for undergraduates and postgraduates
• host families for international students
• information on living in Leeds, Manchester or London
• travel information e.g. London Oystercard, Underground, Buses and Trains

Accommodation Mixing Events

Each year we hold an accommodation mixing event at each campus where you can meet fellow students and find potential housemates.

Noticeboards and Housemate Finder

Students at BPP Law School can log on to our intranet Accommodation Noticeboard to see vacancies for accommodation and can log on to our intranet Housemate Finder to find and seek housemates to share accommodation with.

Discussion Boards

Students at BPP Law School will have access to a discussion board which allows for useful advice about accommodation and things to avoid.

Advice

The Accommodation Office will be able to provide you with advice and assistance on the following areas:

• terms of any lease with a landlord
• Council Tax
• utilities such as gas, electricity and telephones
• return of deposits
• insurance
• travel from your accommodation to BPP Law School
