Human rights policy

BPP College of Professional Studies is committed to upholding basic human rights and is committed to the following:

• treatment of all employees and students fairly and honestly regardless of where they work. All staff will have a written contract of employment with agreed terms and conditions, including notice periods on both sides
• payment of a fair and competitive wage working hours shall be specified, not excessive and over time shall be optional
• abiding by the discrimination legislation
• promotion of a formal disciplinary and grievance procedure
