Job Summary:

BPP College is a progressive and expanding organisation. We are seeking dynamic lecturers/visiting lecturers to teach on BPP’s exciting new LLM programmes at our Law School in central London. Although the focus of our LLM’s is on commercial law, international law and legal practice we welcome applications to teach a wide range of subjects. The post holder will have the opportunity to use their experience and creativity to design and deliver modules which meet the needs of employers, students and other stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Teaching on LLM programmes
  • Designing and steering modules through the College’s validation process
  • Supervising dissertations
  • Setting and marketing assessments
  • Personal tutor support

Essential Skills and Attributes:

The successful applicant will have:

  • A postgraduate degree or a doctorate in law or be professionally qualified as a barrister or solicitor in a relevant area of practice
  • A passion to teach
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team

Salary

  • Full time: Up to £45,000 plus benefits
  • Fractional: Pro rata
  • Part time: £85 per hour
