Ann Evans

Ann has an undergraduate degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Wadham College, Oxford and subsequently turned to the law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1989 following articles at Lewis Silkin in London.
She spent 16 years working in intellectual property and commercial litigation and in 2005 was one of the first members of staff at BPP’s new law school in Manchester. Shortly afterwards she became programme leader for the Graduate Diploma in Law and she is currently senior academic. Ann teaches the Law of Tort and Criminal Law on the GDL and Intellectual Property Law on the LLM in Professional Legal Practice.
