BPP launches MBA in Legal Business for Simmons & Simmons trainees

BPP Business School announces the development of a ground-breaking MBA in Legal Business.
The full-time one-year MBA in Legal Business will be launched in September 2009 and delivered in the first year exclusively for the future trainees of Simmons & Simmons.
The MBA in Legal Business will provide in-depth knowledge of business and finance giving trainees a greater understanding of their clients’ commercial drivers and the scope for adding value when working with these clients.
Modules on management and leadership will provide extensive insight into the complexities of running a business in the legal environment and will also support trainees in developing the personal qualities required for successful business relationships.
Professor Chris Brady, Dean of BPP Business School, commented: ‘We are committed to raising the bar in professional education for lawyers and developing programmes which will equip them for the challenges of practice in the 21st century. We are delighted to be building this MBA in Legal Business with the support of Simmons & Simmons and we are confident that the result will be a pioneering programme.
